Meet The Team.

A rare combination of technically excellent and genuinely human.

Hannah Chapman, CFP, APMA, CRPC

FOUNDER · LEAD ADVISOR · WEALTH COACH

Hannah has been doing this work since 2006, and started her career the way most advisors do: learning the technical disciplines, earning the credentials, building the expertise. What couldn't be credentialed was the other thing she was developing in parallel - an uncommon ability to sit with a client and understand not just what they want to build, but what has been quietly getting in the way of it.

Hannah founded X² Wealth Planning in 2021 because she believed financial planning done well had to address both dimensions: the strategic and the personal, the practical and the deeply human. She has spent the years since building a firm that does exactly that, integrating Human Design, Gene Keys, and money story coaching into the planning and investment process in a way that creates lasting change rather than temporary clarity.

She works best with people who are ready to be honest about where they are, what they want, and what they've been carrying. In return, she brings the full weight of two decades of experience, a genuine understanding of what it takes to build and sustain wealth across a lifetime, and the patience to stay with a client through the work that actually changes things.

Hannah also hosts two weekly podcasts — Expansive CEO, for founders building businesses from the heart, and Investment Friday, helping people understand what's happening in the economy so they can make grounded, confident financial decisions.

CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER OF JUNCTURE WEALTH STRATEGIES

Brad Haines, CFA, FRM

Brad has spent more than 30 years doing one thing at an increasingly sophisticated level: building and protecting wealth for people who have a great deal to lose.

His career has spanned securities valuation, institutional portfolio management, and independent wealth management, giving him a vantage point on markets and risk that very few advisors working with individual clients ever develop. He brings that same depth to every client engagement, along with the ability to translate complex investment topics into plain language that actually makes sense. A skill that is also helpful as the co-host of the Investment Friday podcast with Hannah!

At Juncture Wealth Strategies, where he has served as Chief Investment Officer since 2018, Brad builds portfolios designed around where each client actually is in life, what they need their money to do right now, what they need it to do in ten years, and how much risk they genuinely can (or cannot) handle along the way. His Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation is truly unique in the RIA space, and gives our clients the advantage of having a team that looks at risk from a holistic perspective.

What drives the work underneath the credentials is genuine intellectual curiosity. Brad continuously researches mathematical, statistical, and scientific discoveries for application to financial markets, looking for leading-edge methodologies before they become mainstream. Outside of work, he is guided by faith, family, friends, and fitness.

HUMAN DESIGN ANALYST · CHIEF TALENT OFFICER

Lauren Ammon

Lauren spent 15 years in Talent Management with one consistent focus: what’s getting in someone’s way and what do they need to see about themselves to move past it? That foundation, combined with a professional coaching certification through iPEC and a Human Design Analyst certification through the International Human Design School, helped her sharpen that lens.

Lauren leads with energy mechanics. She listens for what isn't being said, identifies the behavioral and psychological patterns underneath financial decisions, and translates those patterns through the lens of Human Design — explaining not just what someone is experiencing, but why their energy is producing it. It's the foundation that runs underneath the financial planning work and makes sense of why the numbers alone never tell the whole story.

She is also the co-host of The Expansive CEO Podcast with Hannah, a weekly conversation that serves as a direct window into how they think and work together covering money stories, Human Design, and Gene Keys in the same way they do with clients.
